My fiancée came to Tully for a wedding and I was stressing out about finding a place to stay nearby (since the wedding was in the middle of nowhere). I’m so glad we found Katalina’s place! It was just right for us and only a forty minute drive to the wedding venue. I’d absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Such a lovely, quiet, cozy and private apartment where you instantly feel at home. Timothy is the perfect host!

The treehouse is accurately described by the hosts as well as in the previous guest reviews. For the two of us, the space was roomy, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts have added modern and playful touches to the interior of a vintage home. Downtown with its restaurants and shops is just blocks away. We enjoyed our stay there.

Allison and Stephen's home was a peaceful, well equipped home. It was warm, cozy and the decor was perfect. Not overdone, yet comfortable. I appreciate "clean" and this apartment was spotless. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The bed and linens were perfection. My brief stay was wonderful and I most certainly recommend this property.

My family loves to gather here. The house is great for entertaining and relaxing in! I especially enjoyed birdwatching out the living room windows and saw a lovely rainbow at dawn. We are looking forward to returning this summer!

We booked so we had a place to stay while we helped our daughter move in to her college dorm. Our family of four was very comfortable - everyone had their own room and MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean and organized space. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen but there were plenty of recommendations for eating out. Josh was quickly communicative and responsive when we had questions. Though they live on the top floor of the house, our privacy was totally respected. I would definitely consider staying again!

We had a wonderful time staying at James's home in Homer, New York. His place was very clean, well appointed, lots of space, and we felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at The Hill for a ski weekend. The place was perfect for our crew, with plenty of space for ski equipment too! The ski in ski out was not directly from the house, but a short drive around the corner, which allowed us to drop the kids off to get a head start on the day while the adults enjoyed a peaceful coffee at home. All in all, great location, great space and great way to spend your weekend enjoying upstate New York!

great deal great people I would stay more if was my job move to a different town but I stay there for 3 months and definitely it's a really good place thanks Kay Kay.

Brendan was very, very responsive, and promptly took care of what we needed while we were staying there. the living room couch was very comfortable also. we had a very relaxing and cool time together in Brendan's place. Thank you !

Diane’s home was lovely. My family really enjoyed the space and appreciated the outside chairs and deck. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had 0 issues and really appreciated how responsive Diane was to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amber's place was easy to find and access. We had plenty of sleeping space, and the house is good sized. Amber was very responsive and helpful, and it is beautiful country.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Trax restaurant. It was easy driving to Cortland. Our host responded quickly and fully to anything we needed. I highly recommend Megan's place.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

This is a great spot in Armory Square! The BnB is extremely well cared for and in great shape. Will definitely be back

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

This was exactly what we needed for a short stay visiting our daughter at SUNY Cortland. Highly recommend.
