This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. You’ll enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress, custom tile shower, hotel quality bedding and towels, August smart lock entry, fast internet, TV with Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV (and more!)

Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

Tranquil Garden Home in College Hill

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

We are located within walking distance of a neighborhood park, lovely coffee shop, food cooperative, & Oregon State University. It is tucked behind our house in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great place to explore Corvallis and all the surrounding beauty.

Charming 1940's bungalow, with private garden entrance. Feel secluded while still being near the necessities. Great place for writers and remote work. Coffee shops, breakfast spots and a fantastic natural foods co-op, all within a two block walk. Easy, flat, 20 minute walk to OSU, coffeehouses, restaurants, groceries, parks and more... Great area for biking to anywhere in town.

The apartment is great for a quick weekend trip to catch the game or a month long stay for work.
