The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, working, dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric stove, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

Sunny and quiet basement apartment that is approximately 500 square feet, and a private entrance. We live up stairs, but you will have privacy once you have checked in. The apartment is about 1.3 miles from the University of Maryland, seven miles from DC, a short walk to Metro and other public transportation. Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!
