The sandstone rock beach is perfect for summer swimming or spring/fall storm watching. Daily sightings of seals, sea lions, eagles, all manner of birds and whales pass by this beach. The house looks over a sprawling lawn and over the water, with views of Vancouver. This newly-renovated one bedroom cottage has a queen bed and brand new bathroom.

Private Lakefront Cabin 15 minutes north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. This Cabin is beautiful in all Seasons and has full amenities. There is two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a kids bunk room has 3 single beds. One Bathroom with a Shower. A large main room with fireplace. Cabin is situated above a lovely stretch of beach, a perfect spot to catch the sun or launch your kayak or canoe. Enjoy quiet days paddling, fishing or swimming on this non-power lake or explore the wooded trails.

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

Welcome to a nature-lovers paradise, in central Vancouver Island in Nanoose Bay (13km north of Nanaimo). This vacation suite is surrounded by 100 acres of protected bird sanctuary/estuary lands. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves lapping on the rocks, the sunrise mirrored across the water. Take your coffee out onto the private oceanfront patio where you can lounge in the hammock. Kayaking around Departure Bay is easy as the kayaks are kept just above the high tide mark, grab life jackets and paddles from the yoga room and you’re good to go. Later you can relax in the hot tub. All this 10 minutes from the shops and cafes of Nanaimo.
