'The Lomond' and 'The Nevis' apartments sit side by side with each other, they operate independently with four guests in each, but if you wanted to have eight guests staying over the two apartments this is also available on request. The interior decor beautifully harmonises the contemporary and traditional, and maximises the historical detail throughout. This apartment is a comfortable, functional, yet truly luxurious place to stay. The Lomond is situated on the first floor. You will be welcomed by a traditional Scottish 'Close' gaining access to the front door from two flights of stairs, around 20 in total. The apartment has been refurbished with the traveller in mind, but also being careful to retain some of the original Victorian features. The apartment has a brand new kitchen, including oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and breakfast bar. There is also a dining table in the bay window for four people to enjoy a home cooked meal. If cooking at home isn't your thing, there are several restaurants within 100 metres for you to enjoy stunning Scottish food, or just a drink. Garvies restaurant is 15 metres from the apartment front door and currently offer any guests at West Highland Apartment 20% off their food bill. The apartment has two double bedrooms offering a pair of single beds in each (as a special request either bedroom can be made into doubles). The larger master bedroom has European size single beds for the taller person and comes with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has two standard single beds and use of the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have mirrored wardrobe space and a vanity unit including a hair dryer. The main living room of the property offers a large 3 seat leather sofa and two leather chairs for the weary (or not so weary) traveller to relax. There is a 55" 4K TV with Virgin Fiber WIFI if you fancy a movie night. Access to the kitchen is done via the living room, offering that modern touch in a traditional property. Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

Swallows Cottage is situated a 5 min drive from the ferry terminal. It sits in its own grounds just 100m from the seafront of the quiet Craigmore district of the island. The cottage boasts stunning views up to Loch Striven and across the bay to Ardbeg and over to Toward. Swallows, is self contained with its own drive, and has ample space for 2 cars. There is a also a secure garden at the side of the cottage.You will fall in love as soon as you enter the door. Its such a beautiful place to stay

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.
