Ray and Heather’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, in a quiet location and super convenient access to the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We had a great time, felt right at home and will definitely be returning!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful place, exactly as it looked in the pictures! The place was extremely clean and every detail was thought of! Kimberly was a wonderful host and extremely responsive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rebook for our next trip to st Augustine! Can’t say enough good things!!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

This was the perfect oasis for my husband and my 10th anniversary trip. The condo was beautiful and the views of the ocean were incredible. Brenda left very clear instructions and some awesome recommendations of activities in the area. We hope to stay here again in the future.

When I say I was looking for a beach retreat, this was it. It's right in front of the ocean, and though they were fixing up the area due to hurricanes I still was able to enjoy what this place offered! I'm looking forward to returning to see the results of their renovations. I'm sure it's going to look and feel fabulous. I'm already missing looking out that patio and or listening to the waves!! as I sat in the living room. Till we meet again!!

We had a great start. Location was great and made it easy to visit surrounding towns for exploration. The view was incredible and the unit was just as described!

Apartment C war perfekt für Oma, Opa, Kinder und Enkelkinder. Größe, Ausstattung und Lage könnten kaum besser sein. Restaurants und Strand gleich um die Ecke. Wendy und Team waren sehr freundlich und antworteten innerhalb von Minuten. Danke, besonders für Early Check-in. Wir hoffen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Wow, what an amazing location! Gypsy Palace is set directly next to the ocean — the sand is literally just a few steps away. You can see and hear the surf from the living/kitchen area — and what a beautiful sight! The cozy apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was even a Keurig coffee machine. We also really appreciated the no-step access via the front door (to the single/ground floor unit) and the few steps to get to the beach — made it so safe and easy for our aging doggie … and us! The owner/host was super responsive, flexible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into staying here again when we’re in the area. And, many thanks to the owner/host for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly what we expected from the booking. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Very clean and love the beach is dog friendly! The owner was very responsive to clear up any questions we may have had. We would definetly book this condo again if visiting Flagler Beach again! Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Lisa's place. The location is fantastic, just steps away from two pools and the beach! In the master bedroom, you can wake up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning and then enjoy your coffee on either of the two balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food. All the rooms were very clean, there were plenty of beach and bath towels for my family of 5, and the laundry room was essential for us. Lisa was very responsive by text message during the course of our stay. We would love to go back and stay here again!

The condo was gorgeous. They though of every detail, too. The only thing...the weather was a bit chilly and the condo's pool heater was broken. Not possible to control everything, of course. The management company was incredibly responsive.

Wonderful family vacation. Great beach for kids plus the pool. Saint Augustine proper it’s just 20 minutes away. Enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful beach condo! Very clean, nicely decorated, super spacious and amazing views. The condo comes stocked with plenty of bathroom, laundry and kitchen essentials. We enjoyed having easy access to the fabulous beach and pool. Kids also enjoyed the extra activities on property such as, tennis and basketball. The location of the condo is close to Marineland where the kids got to swim with dolphins. Unfortunately, we did run into an HVAC issue during our stay. The management team stayed in communication with us and sent out a tech to help try and make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we had a fun beach getaway and would stay again.

Perfect location! Truly the best location. And Lauren checked in with us during our stay! Helpful and very kind! Beds were comfortable and beach access was easy! Lots of things to do in walking distance! Definitely booking this location again!

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!
