Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment has been totally renovated at the end of 2020! It is located in the centre of Agios Nikolaos city and nearby you can find bars, restaurants, bakeries, super markets and of course the central market of the city. The distance from the location to the beach is no more than 100 meters! It is a studio apartment with one king-size bed and one double bed sofa. All electrical appliances are brand new and high tech, such as a new 32'' FullHD smart TV, air-condition, oven and a fridge!
