It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
