Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

The cottage is detached from the home dwelling. Groups of more than 4 can hire the adjacent Coomera West House. Bookings are accepted for children 4 years and older. The house and grounds are not suitable for children under 4, toddlers and babies.
