18 minutes from XTREME OFF ROAD PARK. It is rugged terrain to get to the home, but promise it’s worth it! Located in a natural, rustic setting. You may encounter mud, insects, animal sounds (such as birds at night), & other elements of the outdoors. The home is near a local shooting range; at times, you may hear gunfire from the range. Please be assured this is a secure & controlled facility, there has never been a safety concern related to its operation. Groundskeeper on site 24-hours a day.
