Tanya was extremely helpful with check-in and checkout info. the dropped pin on google maps made it very easy to find her place. it was beautiful and quiet and the kids loved the horses. we enjoyed the tractor ride around the property and even had a fire pit pre made for us out the back, all we needed to do with put a match in! the house was very clean and had everything we needed ( I would have loved a coffee machine but you can't have it all ) I highly recommend Tanya's place for a quiet stay with lovely hosts. Thanks for making our holiday.

Renae has put in lots of thought into creating a themed cottage. We enjoyed our stay and were delighted by all of the extras, games room,coffee machine,and a well equipped kitchen. The photo's do not do this cottage justice and we recommend staying here.

Our stay has been such a wonderful experience and was just perfect for our family. The house was sparkling clean, just the right size and well-equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. Suzi was an incredible host. We very much appreciated the way in which she brought the kids to help with the chickens and ducks, and had opportunities to feed the sheep. She gave lots of tips on the area and was both up for a friendly chat and respectful of privacy. We were very grateful for the large supply of eggs as well! The property is wonderful for a family with kids, with a porch overlooking the animal pens and peaceful surrounds. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful farm stay.

The perfect weekend getaway for our family, beautiful views over the hills and paddocks. A lovely large farm style house with wide verandas for the kids to play on and for us to just sit outside and relax. With the small town of Toodyay just a 5 mins drive to grab supplies and a cafe lunch. We loved this Airbnb!

Our stay in Julie's home away from home was more than perfect! We loved everything. Suited 4 adults well, the beds were amazing. We made the most of the swimming pool over the warmer days. Bbq by the pool was a handy alternative for cooking our meals. Loved the garden and seating on the deck and veranda to our house. Airconditioning worked beautifully. The house had everything you could ask for, It really felt like home.

This place was absolutely perfect for our large family. There was ample room for us to spread out. We're from rural NZ so felt right at home here, with garden and pool for the children. We visited local attractions such as the Weir, national parks, walking tracks, saw an array of beautiful birds and wildlife right on our doorstep and we were able to entertain friends on the huge deck. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the housekeeper and her lovely son who were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for having us we really enjoyed our stay, wish we had longer. Would definately recommend especially for larger groups, and we'd come back in a hearbeat. Many thanks again.
