Escondida y protegida por muros de piedra viva, en la Masseria delle rose sus huéspedes y viajeros podrán descansar en los soleados días estivales, leer un libro debajo de los granados, tomar el sol sobre el antiguo aljibe o, más simplemente, perderse imaginando las mujeres que han vivido y amado la Masseria dedicadas de lleno a las labores de encajes de bolillos. Es troba a meitat camí entre els imponents penya-segats del mar Adriàtic i les platges daurades del mar Jònic, a prop del cap de Santa Maria di Leuca, sobre un puig, des d’aquesta posició domina el cor del Salento.
