Our place is a comfortable loft on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Story City. It is a sweet little town to relax in that is an easy 15-minute drive to Ames and all its amenities. The loft has a living room with a fold-out couch that sleeps two, a smart TV, and a dining area that makes a great gathering space for families. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with an exposed brick wall. Also a dedicated office space perfect for long-term term stays for professionals.

The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement.
