It was a wonderful stay. Clean, neat and safe place. WiFi with very good connectivity, secured lock facility, Kitchen accesories ( refrigerator, cutleries, induction stove) really stood out. Book lovers will truly enjoy the wonderful collection of books made available to the guests. A lovely balcony to sip a cup of tea and enjoy the lake view which is just opposite the house. Two restaurants nearby viz. Shri Shankar Bhavan and 24 Carat are exceptionally good - Thanks to Saurabh for referring us to the fine dine. All the beaches are closeby within a range of 20 kms which made us get a beautiful view of Sunrise (Suratkal beach) and Sunset (Padubidri beach). Never miss visiting Kapu beach during evening hours. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a lovely stay.

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

This was our first home stay booking using Air BnB in India, we had enjoyed our stay during our 4 days trip at Coorg. Well maintained property with lot of greenery and parking space. Mr Praveen was very helpful and cooperative, check-in was smooth and simple. He made sure all possible requirements are in place even before a guest asks for it. Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

Loved staying at the Notting Hill. So peaceful, just like we wanted! The caretakers were really kind & exceptional cooks. So good that we had all our breakfasts and dinners there :) Also the library room was our favourite part of the house, where we just relaxed for hours at end.
