Phía trước là ban công view sân vườn với nhiều cây cối. Sân đậu được 3 ô tô. Bên cạnh là vài căn khác với kiến trúc độc đáo. Nhà có bếp chung và BBQ view sân thượng ngắm thành phố. Là một nơi phù hợp nghỉ ngơi và làm việc.
