New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Nyinredd lägenhet i vackra Stocksund, ca 30 kvm. Markplan i stor villa med egen ingång, uteplats, parkering, WI-FI, bredband, pentry med induktionsplatta och microvågsugn. Separat våt-/duschrum och toalett. Ca 1 mil från Stockholms innerstad. Nära till matbutik i Stocksunds centrum. Ca 5 minuter till busshållplats och ca 15 minuters promenad till tunnelbana mot Stockholms central.
