Our three-month stay at this Miami apartment from January to April 2025, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Martha, the host of Urban Nest, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, especially for a longer period. We would definitely book again!

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

Loved this apartment! It was close to everything we wanted to do in the Wynwood area. Also, the only lace was very clean! Would definitely stay again

We couldn't fault this apartment! We've stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this was really comfortable, in both the living areas and bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked including cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, an ice machine, loads of crockery and huge cooker. Although a 1 bed apartment it is a good size with a walk in closet and lots of coat hangers. The shower was powerful with alot of towels, including for the beach. Spare toiletries and toilet rolls provided. It's on the third floor with a lift or stairs and a parking space which must be so handy with a car. We didn't see many residents other than coming and going. It was so quiet and private even though near a busy area. I had expected to be overlooking a road but we were facing some trees at the back. Air conditioning was very welcome but you could sit in the late afternoon sun very privately on the balcony. The location is amazing, just at the end of Lincoln road a short walk to the beach and Ocean Drive.

We had a great stay at Jacqueline’s place. I would like to make it known that this is a hotel that also has residential units, which was fine for us but wanted to point out in case someone is looking for a different experience. We were welcomed in the lobby with champagne and given instructions and keys. The place we clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was a great location as it is close to everything in south beach but quieter on the bay side. Everything you could need is a short uber ride away. The pool area is beautiful and has full service. We recommend this great place to stay!

My friends and I stayed at Ella’s airbnb for a weekend in Miami and it was a great location! Super close to Bayfront park which was convenient for a concert we had. Was also very walkable to spots, and also a quick ride to the beach. The building itself was so great with a coffee shop and the amenities! Also the room itself was spacious and clean. Thanks!

We truly loved our stay at Linda’s home! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than expected. The backyard was a dream—so peaceful and fun with the pool, hot tub, games, and cozy seating areas. It felt like our own private retreat. Linda was an exceptional host—so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. 10 minutes drive away from both the beach and downtown. We’re so grateful for the experience and would love to return again. It was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures. The home was spacious. The kitchen was nice and clean. Everything was well put together. I will definitely be staying in the near future.

We had a great time at Mabel’s rental! The backyard was a highlight, and has so many great amenities! She was very responsive throughout our stay and was always fast to answer any questions! Our group would definitely stay here again.

Place was exactly as pictures described. Quite clean, spacious, good layout, neighborhood felt safe and private. Good neighborhood to walk in but no restaurants or any activities nearby - which was fine by us! Pool was clean and great temp, needs some updating with tiles and maybe some more floaties/toys but enjoyed it nonetheless. Would recommend. Close to highway for access downtown.

Beautiful home. Wonderful amenities; really anything you could need was already there, which made travel so easy. The house is clean and open. Beautiful views of the water and pristine pool and hot tub. Could not have been happier with this home. Carlos was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

Das Haus ist wirklich super. Sogar noch größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Lage am Miami River war schön. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt und konnten die Boote beobachten. Die Boote haben manchmal laute Musik und man hört auch die Flugzeuge vom MIA.

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

Maria’s place was beautiful! It was a close walk to the beach and many great restaurants, and we enjoyed the amenities of the condo association. We would love to go back!

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 small children and it was a wonderful experience! The unit is as described (and as pictured) in the photos. We wanted a property in an excellent location with a kitchen and a washer/dryer. This place had all of that and more! Only cons were that the unit does show minor signs of wear and the kitchen could be stocked a bit better with the cooking essentials. There are 2 pools - the Hotel pool (which is accessible via a day pass for an additional charge) and the Residences Pool. The Hotel pool is lively with a DJ, views of the ocean, and a bar. The Residences pool is more family friendly with ample seating and a bar with food service. After 4pm in April, the Hotel Pool was all shade - so in that respect, we preferred the Residences Pool. Parking is strictly valet - at $60/night. Luci was a wonderful host! Very very responsive and kind. She was knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome!

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.
