Three bedrooms, loft and fantastic covered porch lends itself to complete relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in a joy. This house has covered parking for 4 vehicles. This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Henry's House: A Cute Lil' Ol' Beach Shack

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
