Great stay! Older home, but clean and had everything we needed. Driveway was a little tricky during busy traffic times, but did not cause an issue. Close to restaurants stores and anything you need.

Such a sweet place to stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay (or longer). Very walkable neighborhood.

This is a genuinely special property and lovely place to stay. I’m already looking forward to future bookings when I travel to Geneseo to visit family.

I had such an amazing second stay at this location! The interior is cozy, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and it had all the amenities I needed (and then some). the hosts have great communication and its much appreciated. The location was another huge plus—tucked in a great spot near tons of restaurants, bars, and fun things to do. Whether I wanted to explore or just relax, it was the perfect home base. It’s clear this place is made with adults in mind—quiet, comfortable, and just the right touch of luxe. Can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

Renae made it easy to enjoy our trip to Davenport for our alumni event. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy what Davenport has to offer.

It was a very good stay. The neighbors were friendly. Paul was very understanding when my last day ended up being quite chaotic.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Lovely old house! Seems historic in some way - I would have enjoyed some info on the area in one of those binders people have in site - like how old is the house, interesting history of the Mississippi in that area etc. The beds were fantastic!

This place was in a great location. It was a spacious, charming, little house. It was extremely clean with everything we needed. There was clear, precise instructions and directions and we will definitely stay if in the area again.

We wanted a place with a view and boy did we get it, the river right outside your back door was amazing. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, it was her birthday and they left brownies and a happy birthday for her. All in all we went to relax and that's exactly what we did!!!!

This was our second time to stay here and everything was definitely five star! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and would have to say that this place is the best and is run so perfectly. Very clean, all the little basic necessities in the kitchen, spacious and no question on the neighborhood. We loved it! Heidi

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

Great place. Was in town for work. Having a grocery store 2 min away really made check in and getting supply’s quick and easy. Would be great place when weathers nice for a walk. Deck would be great to sit in warm weather as well. Was there when it was mostly -10 out but house was amazing.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the location proved to be advantageous. My stay was pleasant.

The apartment was clean and quiet with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and dressers in the two bedrooms, sufficient linens for the bathroom and a washer and dryer which was really convenient. Though there wasn't a kitchen table with chairs in the apartment, when asked, the owner accommodated us with a couple of TV tables and patio chairs. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon for future guests.

This condo is located in very clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood, the condo was very nice beautiful, and clean. laundry room door needs repairing.

This was my 2nd stay at Stacey's place. The apartment is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The neighbors are friendly. I would definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed at Steve's Port Byron Condo for a winter getaway during a cold weekend. The condo appeared to have modern construction and was well insulated and heated. Perfect. The view of the river allowed us to see the Mississippi ice-up overnight while staying warm inside. The sun hitting the Iowa shore across the river was neat to watch during sunrise. We saw an occasional bald eagle soar along the river. We could also see trains on the other side. (Although there are train tracks adjacent to the condo, we didn't see or hear any trains use them during our stay.) No barge traffic this time of year - but the location would be perfect for seeing river traffic at other times of the year The nearby Tugger's restaurant had great food and was easily walkable. In addition to seeing eagles from the condo, we were able to view eagles at the dams downstream. Great views of eagles resting in the trees behind the boat ramp parking lot for Dam No. 14 on the Iowa side.
