Upstairs is workstation with an Italian leather chair to work in comfort, a relaxing reading chair, sofa and mood lighting, along with six large velux windows creating an airy feel throughout the day and night. This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

Located in the centre of the small town of Burton Latimer, the barn has ample free secure parking, with local shops, takeaways, parks and many quality restaurants on the doorstep. Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village
Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

The Blue Barn
A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
