Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

We loved our stay at “Taylor’s House” as we called it. It easily accommodated our four couples with plenty of room to socialize in the living room. The location was good, and easy Lyft to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Penny’s place was as described! Quiet safe neighborhood. Snacks n coffee bar an added treat! Bed was super comfortable, along with no noise and dark room rest was easy . Close to neighborhood restaurants n watering holes , but also short uber ride to downtown.

My son goes to college at Fisk Univ. in Nashville and I always feel like the price of hotels are not worth what you get from them. Therefore, I save a few houses in my wishlist that I would love to stay in while I'm in Nashville. I have wanted to stay in this house for two years but every time I needed to come to Nashville the house was booked. This past weekend it was available!! I was hoping the house was as nice as the listing. Let me tell you...it was Amazing!! This is absolutely the most beautiful AirBnB I have stayed in. The house is spotlessly clean, decorated impeccably, and exudes peace. The host Stephan is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He is a truly authentic person. This is my Nashville home away from home. BTW, if you have children and they are not well disciplined or they like to run around like some kids do, this may not be the house for you. This house has beautiful artwork pieces. If you have calm kids who are laid back, they will love it too.

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

Great stay!

Charming little home nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. The location is perfect. We woke up every morning and walked (5 min.) to The Frothy Monkey for some coffee. Orher cute shops in the area but we just did some window glancing. We rented a car for daytime adventures - navigating roads isn't to difficult. Bonus, Lyfts into Downtown (about a 10 minute drive) are super reasonable for about $9-12 depending on time of day/night. Do yourself a favor and don't plan to park Downtown. Anyways, the home fit the bill for my husband and me. We both thought the larger King size bed was comfortable and both enjoyed the screened in porch to watch some March Madness in between outings. The home was clean to our standards. The host was super responsive and kind. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to Broadway and easy access to everything.

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

Renee’s place was great. Great location being a short walk to Broadway with a great donut and coffee shop directly across the street. Bed was comfy, decor was very cute. Loved chillin on the balcony and down by the fire pits. Pool was well maintained and very active.

Paula and her place were wonderful. I was in town for a work trip and it was a lovely stay. We’ll most certainly come again as the next opportunity presents itself.

Great place! Zach was so quick to respond and easy to work with. Very clear instructions and the place was the perfect location for us. Perfect walking distance to downtown - definitely recommend.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

Fantastic weekend spent with family. Property was even better in person, what a beautiful place to relax!.

Jonny’s place is incredible. It’s beautiful, has tons of space, and included everything you could think of. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, even in a thunderstorm. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend stay! The home was as beautiful as the surrounding forest. Would highly recommend this getaway!

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

The place was very nice and accommodated our needs. The only negative was that we had on going WI FI issues

Gretchen’s place was great. Very private and quiet. Exactly as described.

Great space for four adults and four-legged kids. :-) Saw dear starting the first night and in the early mornings. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that the previous owner was a country music legend. Great location to visit the Grand Ole Opry and awesome restaurants! Uber drivers never had a problem getting to the house. Patrick was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for our visit. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, great towels, comfy beds. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Nashville.

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.
