I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat as I live on the main floor however there is a fan and heater in the unit. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon. Any questions just ask😃

Country Farmhouse close to recreational activities

Our home is a 1950's, single level farm house in a country setting. We are located close to restaurants and shopping. Bikers/walkers/runners use the road we live on quite frequently. The apartment is on the east side of our home, we live in the west end and is separated by a double door. It has a private entrance. Trains and military planes are nearby and can be loud at times. We are following and using CDC approved protocol and cleaning solutions. There are outside cameras for your safety.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings.
