Australian Tourism Quality Assured, Island Breeze**** is a luxurious, private, environmentally friendly, fully appointed house with free WIFI that has been designed to provide a relaxing holiday and tranquil setting with easy access to the major attractions of Kangaroo Island. It has an open plan lounge, dine and kitchen, together with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. You are approximately 500 metres from the beautiful Vivonne Bay beach, voted in 2003 the best beach in Australia.

This rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property with sweeping views of the coastline as far as the eye can see. The slow combustion fireplace, a huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, & the complete solitude make this house the ultimate honeymooners’ delight. Sky House is also pleased to accept pets! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.
