La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

La casa degli ospiti è immersa nel giardino: è un luogo silenzioso e romantico, dove si respira un'atmosfera artistica. Arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piccola cucina è ben servita. Si possono fare belle passeggiate e gite alle città più belle della Toscana. Lucca dista 3km: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta e in autobus. A pochi passi la Fattoria Sardi propone wine tasting tours nelle vigne e il suo ristorante è ottimo.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

L'Orto dei Bruchi: il Timo

Il Timo is in the countryside with spectacular views. You will like it for these reasons: the view, the location, the atmosphere, the people and the outdoor spaces. It's suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. The house is serviced by English speaking neighbors. They help you with whatever you need. No wifi, free parking 200 m from house (often busy, so sometimes you must walk a bit more). No public transport except school bus. If you bring your own bedsheets & towels, we will refund you 15€ of the cleaning fee.
