Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

Nice place to stay with kids. Close to everything and lots to do at the airport bnb on down days. Host was very responsive and even checked in with us after our arrival to ensure a smooth check in.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Michael’s place was perfect - fantastic location just minutes from everything, and ideal for families with kids. I’d highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Marty was a great host, checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was beautiful, well kept. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our time here! It was a great place to stay with our kids with the giant back yard! We felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The A/C quit working and Chris had someone there to replace the unit ASAP!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It’s within walking distance to everything: the boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon, shops, and plenty of food options, which made it super convenient. Parking was just as described in the listing, so definitely keep that in mind if on-site parking is important to you—it may not be ideal in that case. The only small downside was that the grounds could have been a bit tidier, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d absolutely stay here again for the location and convenience alone.

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

Kurt and Elizabeth were very responsive hosts! They were also very accommodating with flexible check in and out. The condo was clean, had a nice set up, and great location, close enough to Uber to Disney and the ESPN World Wide Sports. The amenities were easy to access and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kurt and Elizabeth checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Great spot, will probably book again next year!

My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

It was a nice place for a simple trip to the parks we really enjoyed a clean space and plenty of room!

It was a good stay overall, I just wished that the host would’ve put on the website rules about the " No reverse" parking because, some people like myself after traveling that long and being tired won’t always notice a sign of no reverse parking randomly placed. The host did have a book of rules where the No reverse parking was stated but it’s buried in all the other information and who wants to read that they’re first day after all the traveling. I recommend highlighting that important part since it cost me 125$ plus the time it took to do everything else to get my vehicle back. I was pretty disappointed of seeing my car being towed when I was sure that my license plate could be seen as required and I followed the other rules. Besides that my overall experience was good. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Thank you for the stay and be blessed.

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

Beautiful property, extremely clean room and plenty of amenities. Ralph and the cohost took great care of us during our vacation. They took extra time to make the place feel like home, extremely welcoming place and personalities. Will be returning soon. Thank you again!

Thanks to Maria and Andy for hosting a great 4-week vacation. Everything was as described and everything worked. It was clean. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked for all consumables. Legacy Dunes is a private, well maintained and quiet resort with great facilities. Lots of trees and ample room to walk. Close to everything. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
