A unique mid-terraced country cottage set in beautiful farmland. This bright, spacious and well-equipped cottage is dog-friendly and includes space for bikes. Enjoy the large, fully fenced garden - a peaceful, private spot perfect for relaxing in tranquil surroundings. The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. The HIVE on the river bank

Stunning large static caravan on the banks of the river Teviot with breathtaking views. 2 miles out of the border town of Hawick, which has an abundance of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and great nightlife with live music. Full of wildlife and fantastic walks. on site is a children's play area. very very friendly and safe. perfectly situated to enable you to explore the amazing historic scottish borders.

Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.

The cottage is well appointed with a log burning stove in the sitting room, a dishwasher and washer dryer, comfortable beds and its own private garden space. Within walking distance of the town centre it is the perfect retreat.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
