Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Solarium is full of plants. Beautiful front water view plus gardens.

Note: Front unit above a pub, there will probably be some noise during patio season or ambiant noise during evenings when there is music downstairs. Pub is open every day at4pm. Cozy Northern Michigan Getaway

The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
