Afternoons can be enjoyed down by the dock where you can sunbathe, kayak or just float around. Fish, dock your boat or jet ski. Public boat ramps are just a short drive away. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the WOOD BURNING fireplace in the living room off a spacious kitchen and dining room. A great way to spend a vacation.

Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for making a cup of coffee to cooking a full meal! There’s a smart TV with fast internet to be able to access your favorite streaming service. We are 1 mile from groceries and your choice of local restaurants. We are delighted to host you in our home.

Located on the South Fork Broad River just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park, this A-Frame is a unique and tranquil escape. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, it features a king-size loft bed and peaceful river views. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the chairs provided for relaxing on the sandbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
