This home is that perfect combination; stunningly designed like a work of art yet still cozy and inviting. It was ideal for our little romantic getaway but would be just as suited to host a family or group of friends with its many rooms, a large and exquisite kitchen/dining/living area and not to mention the outdoor amenities; the massive deck, pool and sauna. Kristina’s hospitality and cooking are second to none, just like the views of the Bay of Fundy from every room of her home. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our annual girls weekend away with 5 ladies. We had an amazing time at Danielle’s place! Check in was easy (we loved the snack that was left - thank you!) and everything was spotless. We loved the privacy and the incredible views from the deck; and we all loved the hot tub. We even saw 4 deer! This was a relaxing mini vacation that we all enjoyed.

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

Fantastic hosts. Dream heritage property with total privacy and a heated pool in a park like setting; we booked that property pretty much every year for the last seven years. Rob and Barb are constantly improving the property, there is always something new to discover, whether it's a new appliance, or a brand new landscaped river frontage inviting you to sit and watch river and ocean life whilst sipping a glass of tasty red provided with the welcome basket. We enjoyed eating out at the Lunenburg restaurants, as much as we enjoyed cooking a delicious meal at their place, which is fully equipped, one can easily cook up a gourmet meal. Golden! We really enjoyed the airbnb. It was very much like being at home. We didn't have any problems. It was close to our venue for my sons wedding. We would consider it again on our next travels to Nova Scotia. Thank you Alex.

Nancy's backyard Brooke home was gorgeous when we first walked in you could tell that it was very clean we loved all the plants it was very spacious beddings were very clean and comfortable both washrooms were very clean downstairs was very surprising had a small gym lots of board games one of the largest TVs I've ever seen great for movie Nights the kitchen was fully equipped it was easy access Nancy even got my mom a bottle of wine for her birthday celebration honestly the host was great we had no issues it wasn't as private as we would like as my mother is a very heavy smoker but the backyard was amazing the deck was super large the pool was amazing she had lots of furniture the only thing that would have made the rental even better is if she had a hot tub because the pool was cold this late in the season and it would have been nice to get into a nice warm hot tub after the swim I had no complaints about the rental I only wish Airbnb gave me more space to write a better review

Our family’s last get together to end the summer and it was perfect for us. We loved the outside area and spent most of our time sitting outside on the deck overlooking the lake and pool and the campfire was so nice to have as well. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you!

Lovely, and peaceful overnight stay. Well equipped, clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and lots of natural lighting. This is definitely a place I would rebook when back in the area.

The space was just what we needed! Was able to accommodate our large group for a sporting event all week long. Good location and lots to do. Good host and easy to follow instructions

Me and friends had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to main road, but still peaceful and quiet. Paul was super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our group was extremely happy to find this gem for accommodations for the Wharf Rat Rally! We had 3 1/2 couples in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us and our gear. It is located realtively close to Digby and the ride to and from was absolutely wonderful! We were happy to find plenty of rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms and a diningroom large enough to fit us all. The property and views were beautiful as well. It was a great place to relax after a long day of riding. Last but not least, our hosts were amazing! They made sure our stay was the best! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Eric and Jenny’s. Beautiful new’ish build close to lots that the valley has to offer (Cape Split, Port Pub, Sea Level and Huntley’s - beef jerky FTW - all nearby). Fully equipped kitchen, great shower space, board games for family fun, cute patio (too windy during our stay to enjoy fully) and lots more. In addition to strongly recommending this rental, thought it would be useful to also recommend the monthly kids night at the nearby Nordic spa (Salt Air)… ours loved it. Thanks for the stay.!

Perfect plus+++. The house has amazing views and is very private and architecturally distinctive. Alexandra was a great host very helpful but never intrusive . Hirtle beach is in walking distance from the house which we (myself and my Corgi) did every morning . The farmers market on Thursday’s Lunneberg Has amazing fresh scallops and local bake goods and fresh veggies . A truly memorable trip. I can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March. We lucked out on the most beautiful weather. The space was beyond anything we could imagine for a relaxation retreat to celebrate a birthday. The space had everything we needed to cook, clean and be completely restful. There were extra pillows, blankets, amenities within the showers. The hot tub and sauna were amazing! the huge windows and natural light were a nice touch. All the light switches, and dials were clearly visibly labeled and easy to use! Jordan and his team were responsive, we had no issues or needs our entire stay! Will book again, and highly recommend staying at this amazing ocean side location!

Our extended family with 3 toddlers rented the two unit residence. It was immaculate and Natasha was so easy to get hold of for questions etc. The homes are so comfortable and well equipped, we lacked for nothing. With toddlers it was wonderful having the washer/dryer available. The area is so beautiful with lots to do for young and older alike. We will be back again.

What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

We had a struggle with the mortgage company for a home that had purchased near Yarmouth, but this made the hassles easier to deal with and it was a great location to get out and meet our new neighbors

The house was spacious and exactly as described with a good view of the ocean. Centrally located in Meteghan it was a short walk to the delightful Sip Café. Will stay again when attending big family reunions in the area.

Our stay at Mark and Kassy’s home was comfortable and relaxing.The home was spotless and well organized.The kitchen appliances and bathroom are in excellent condition and well appointed.There is back porch with a grill,gas fire pit and outdoor jacuzzi which we did not use. The home is located a short distance to the center of this charming peaceful town. We highly recommend this property and would stay again the next time we’re in Lunenburg.

Sherry's place is a dream! Cozy, charming, and very private, tucked away in the sweetest little spot on the river. The unit is as described and Sherry provides very helpful instructions, including on using the wood stove (absolutely a must do, it is so charming) and the firepit. Close enough to many sweet towns and beaches, while still not unreasonably far from bigger cities, including Halifax proper. We stayed here as two friends reconnecting, but it would also be absolutely perfect for a couples retreat. We'll be back! Highly recommend.
