The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

Noemi’s place is accessible and just about right for a family of 6. I also liked the fact that our fur baby Tessa was welcome in her place. Salamat po, Ms. Noemi. We will definitely come back. Puhon.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Homey vibes with a balcony view. Walkable to a church where we spent Black Saturday and to lots of establishments - laundry shop, massage, minimart, carenderia, etc. complete with things - from flat iron, blower, to kitchen stuff. Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to SM EcoLand. It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

Grace (the host) is very responsive, hospitable, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. The place itself is very cozy, comfortable, and clean; perfect for a family or friends trip. The location is very convenient (close to the airport and multiple malls, with restaurants and stores next door) and secure as it is right next to the guard house. The aircon is cool and the wifi is very fast. The amenities and facilities included are greatly appreciated. We had a little trouble with the freezer as it finds it hard to keep frozen items cold. Overall, this is highly recommended and is one of the best airbnbs offered in Davao City, 10/10.
