Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. En globalité, la location s'est très bien passé. La terrasse est géniale ! Nous avons passé pas mal de temps sur cette terrasse, nous avons fait du barbecue, écouté la musique etc. Bref c'était très bien!(il y tous pour faire du barbecue, une grille, des brochette en acier, il y a même une sèche-cheveux pour souffler sur les braises ) La maison est un peu plus petite qu'on l'imaginait d'après les photos, surtout l'espace cuisine/salle de main. Mais au final on n'y pas passé beaucoup de temps. On a surtout passé du temps dans la cour avec la terrasse couverte et dans la chambre, qui est bien spacieuse. La maison est proche du centre, le parc central est accessible en 10-15 min. Bref, n'hésitez pas à choisir ce logement, surtout si vous souhaitez faire du barbecue dans la cour à pleine air et manger sur la terrasse à plusieurs. Si vous voulez avoir un expérience appartement avec tout le confort d'un appartement - cette location n'est pas la plus adaptée pour vous! Cordialement.

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .

Мне очень понравилось Дом! Все было просто супер!! Чистый дом! Прекрасный вид из балкона!! Есть все необходимые предметы! Да и в конце концов те кто хотят реально отдыхать , не слышать шум машин и подышать чистым воздухом то рекомендую не пожалеете!!!) Спасибо большое хозяев !!! ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!

A very cozy and charming apartment, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—warm, clean, and conveniently close to shops and the city center. The host was respectful and kind, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Расположение напротив парка, хороший многоэтажный дом, продуманный интерьер, подборка книг по искусству, вертушка с классической музыкой. Огромная гостиная, спальня с отдельным туалетом. Окна до пола. Все отлично! Хозяин контактный и предупредительный. Собаки которые ладо по ночам неотъемлемая достопримечательность Дилижана. Обязательно подружитесь с ними. Но не забудьте беруши. Рекомендую это жилье. И кафе Losh рядом.

Все прошло хорошо, жилье полностью соответствует ожиданиям. Анаит очень дружелюбный и любезный хост! Было очень приятно. Обязательно вернемся

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.

It was really nice to stay.
