Ever After is a luxury two person A-Frame. Real Cedar shakes on both ends of the cabin with a modern interior. Oak hardwood floors throughout the main living space with breakfast nook seating. The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

Inside features a large open living room with full wooded view, plenty of seating, dining, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

All American Cabin, handicap friendly, great views

Home sits on an acre in country. No hunting on property so you will see deer in back when grilling. Large u-driveway to accommodate vehicles with boats or trailer. W/D, AC, propane grill, firepit. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

It will be hard to find a more beautiful southern ohio landscape and some of the best sunsets you will ever see. If you want to get away, then you'll be right at home with 50 acre's all to yourself. This is a real cabin.....not a house in the woods. This rustic sit's tucked back 1100 feet off of a lazy country road and provides a 5 mile breath-taking view from the front porch. Close to many activities, 25 minutes to New Albany, 15 minutes to Newark, 10 minutes to Dillon State park.

Boulder Ridge cabin, great hunting on site

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. We are 25 minutes from Newark (west) and Zanesville (east). Surrounded by woods and farm animals. Comfy queen bed, kitchenette, grill, patio table, picnic table, fire pit.
