Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Comfortable, relaxing, warm & spacious with beautiful views over the Dargo Valley. 2 spacious bedrooms, master with queen bed, ensuite and BIR. Second bedroom has a trilogy bunk with single over double bed and two seperate single beds. Spacious second bathroom with spa bath to sooth the weary legs. The living area features a great sized kitchen, dining area and comfortable couches. There is also a huge balcony overlooking the playground and toboggan area. Laundry and toilet downstairs also.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

There is a King Bed (that can be unzipped for 2xKS) & a single fold out couch with spectacular views with an outside balcony 🏔 There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge & electric wok. A good excuse for a snow trip away.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
