Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Nice and clean, simple check in/out process, and overall a great experience. The pool and gym are great amenities (we actually wish we’d stayed an extra day just to have a pool day). The area isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

I stayed here to see my grandsons who were in town for a few days. The location was perfect. Very easy to get in and out. Convenient to several restaurants. Very clean property.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed staying there.

This home was very unique in every way. You could not see into one room from another, which made privacy for our group great. The neighborhood was very peaceful except for one dog, but we have dogs, so it was not bothersome. The house had plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool area was amazing as well. Jon left us some drinks and breakfast items for our stay as well. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again, if dance competitions bring us back to Charleston!

The home was so beautiful and the surrounding area was equally as lovely. We enjoyed hanging out with family and playing ping pong. It was well equipped and close to downtown Summerville. Michelle responded quickly to questions and asked if we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely rent again. Highly recommended.

The house was as pretty as the pictures. Melissa was very responsive with the one issue we had. A toilet wasn't working properly and she sent someone right out. A previous guest had flushed a toothbrush, which she obviously had no control over.

The Cottage is great. plenty of space, private, and well stocked. It is an easy 5 min walk to town and the neighboring streets are great for an early morning walk/run. Location allowed me to easily visit Charleston, Santee State Park, and Folly Beach. would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a show at North Charleston Performing Arts Center and enjoyed our weekend stay. The home is just as described and a short distance to downtown, Mount Pleasant and other areas. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Had a hockey tournament in North Charleston this home was in a great location for the rink around 15-18 minutes away. The home had enough space for our team. Quite neighborhood and awesome being on a cul-de-sac.

Great place. Love the river house - a great place to sit and visit. Peaceful and had all the amenities.
