We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Ideal for enjoying seaside fun and adventuring to nearby beaches such as Botany Bay and Kingsgate. The comfortable large double bed complete with Egyptian cotton linens makes for restful sleeping.

My place is close to the beach and parks, great views, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosy-ness, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Further a field Broadstairs 3m,Ramsgate5m,Sandwich and Deal20m are all good to see for a day out.

Ziggys- Seafront Old Town Margate

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.

Our listed Georgian flat is in a conservation area of Margate and is an ideal spot to kick back and enjoy everything this wonderful seaside town has to offer. Our street is ideally placed for a walk to the beach, the old town, the Harbour Arm, Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, Shell Grotto and train station. Plus we have free off street parking.
