The living area on the main floor has a stellar view of historical Trepassey Harbour. You and your guests will have full access to the home including the well stocked kitchen and dining area. A huge deck with a firepit is available to use. Downstairs has the master bed with ensuite bath. a big games room with ping pong table and home theatre. Additional cots available.

The ocean which you can view from the garden is just a 3 minute walk. A gas bbq is provided and a firepit.The house was built by the owner's father; a local fisherman.The cheerful décor will lift your spirit.
