This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. After traveling for many years and many miles , Mi’Lady has retired to her lush and private resting place here in Corvallis. Designed for the comfort of one or two quiet guests., the Caravan has a double bed, padded bench seats, desk, sink & heat. Outside there is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen; a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet, & sink; private outdoor shower completes this unique and lovely glamping retreat. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Our 325 sq ft second floor studio has a private entrance, living/ bedroom combo, kitchen and bathroom. There's a comfy queen bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is stocked with various necessities for your own delicious meal preparation. The deck provides a relaxing place to watch the birds and enjoy the garden. It’s two miles from OSU, one mile to a natural foods store and adjacent to Willamette Park's trails, sports fields and river paths.

Our place has one double bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.
