This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

Lo más llamativo es la excelente vista que tiene desde su balcón. Muy cercano al casco histórico .Se llega en 10 minutos a pié, adonde están las principales atracciones de Dubrovnik.

The perfect apartment for a Dubrovnik stay! Loved the space, the garden, the view, the decor! Was all perfect. Irena was really lovely- met us at the apartment & showed us around. The beach is 5 mins away & perfect for a morning swim! Great value & loads of space- everywhere else we looked at in Dubrovnik was tiny & expensive! It’s a beautiful 15 min walk to the old town too :)

Our group of six had a great stay at Sandra’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the beautiful views from every room in the home. It was also very easy to get to the Old City and to lots of restaurants from the home.

We had a great stay at Luko’s place . It had everything you needed plus an amazing view . Perfectly located , close enough to walk to the old town and yet away from the all the crowds . We found the easiest route to the old town was down the road ( 10 min walk )and take the steps to the left of the cable car station . Luko was an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions I had . I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

Fantástico alojamiento con Zeljko siempre pendiente de nosotros. Nos recibió, nos buscó aparcamiento y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a la ciudad y tiene varios restaurantes interesantes muy cerca. La casa es confortable, amplia y con todo lo que necesitas. Además, dispone de lavadora y terraza. Un sitio para regresar.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

The perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! Just a few minutes walk to the old town with a spectacular view of the city. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great as well. Our host was very welcoming and helpful when navigating our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

What a fabulous experience at Diana and Kevin's beautiful apartment. Diana was extremely responsive to messages and was so accommodating, letting us leave our luggage and use the facilities when we arrived super early and had a late flight after check out. The apartment is beautifully clean and has everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous too, just a short walk from the old town (not really suitable if you have any mobility issues though but that's Dubrovnik in general with all the hills and stairs!) but enough outside of it to be very peaceful. There are supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up and plenty of fridge space in the apartment as well as a small hob if you wanted to cook for yourself. There is nothing that hasn't been thought of with an added bonus of the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a very long time! I really cannot recommend it more and you'd be hard pressed to find better hosts. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This place is beautiful! The communication with Emily was good, the pool is very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Emily also provided us with snacks and drinks. We only stayed 2 nights but we'd definitely like to stay longer next time we come here :)

The location is perfect and the unit is perfect, and Hrvoje (Ivona's husband) was unbelievably helpful. He was in contact from well before we arrived, sending us a substantial list of favorite restaurants and other activities well in advance so we could plan and book. The day of, he made sure he knew how we were arriving so he could be maximally helpful and make sure he was here to greet us. When we were here, he told us about special events happening that weekend and left us materials about them. And when we realized that we didn't have swim gear, he lent us some! (And he told us which restaurant delivers poolside ... which we took advantage of!) If we come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay.

Vesna is an amazing host! She was so responsive and very accommodating. She met us at the villa for check-in and explained everything we needed to know about the house. It was very easy to get an uber/bolt to the old town and was a 3 minute walk to the local beach. We had an amazing stay.

Wat hebben we een fijne week gehad. Prima appartement en vooral genoten van het heerlijk grote terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Lopud is een heerlijk eiland voor een week. Dank voor de gastvrijheid

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, not to mention the magnificent view. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Old Town and most tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The hosts are very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

Petra est une hote exceptionnelle, accueillante, souriante, proposant le transport depuis l aéroport, et même nous faisant un petit cadeau de départ. Je réserve beaucoup et là je peux vous dire que c'est la 1ère fois que je tombe sur quelqu'un d aussi incroyable. Allez y les yeux fermés, c'est du bonheur.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in den Herbstferien dort und wir waren alle sehr begeistert von dem Ausblick von der Terrasse und von der Möglichkeit im Meer zu schwimmen und das SUP und die Kanus zu nutzen. Es gibt auch Taucherbrillen und Schnorchel und sogar Wasserschuhe. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und man kann viele Fischen sehen. Marijana, die mit uns den Check in gemacht hat, war sehr sympathisch und hat all unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns frisches Obst, Kaffeebohnen und Milch für den ersten Kaffee (es gibt eine super Kaffeemaschine!) und Wasser. Das Klima war im Oktober super angenehm. Schöne Ausflüge kann man zum Beispiel nach Dubrovnik, Slano oder Ston unternehmen. Da es uns aber am Haus so gut gefallen hat, habe wir viel Zeit dort verbracht. Es war eine tolle Ferienwoche und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung von Dino und Melanie ist sehr schön gelegen, großzügig geschnitten und bietet genügend Platz für eine Großfamilie. Dino und Melanie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Robert é um excelente anfitrião. O apartamento em si é adorável, acolhedor, muito bem equipado, limpo e tem uma óptima vista. A localização é perfeita. Fica perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo oferece privacidade e paz. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário e tudo está em boas condições. A internet é impecável. Tive pena de ter estado aqui tão pouco tempo.

We - a family of 4 with older teens- had a such a lovely time at Villa Neba. The location is excellent, right on the beach, it was incredible! Two restaurants right on the doorstep, Pizzeria Arka was great for food and drink (we would not recommend Konoba Gusar for food, only drinks). The Villa is very well equipped, and we saw, ideal for younger families than ours, yet our older teenagers also found this place to be ideal. We're glad we chose to stay outside of the city. The rooms are all exactly as pictured amd described. Runners can do a 5km run along the water front, which you access by going up to the main road, then down to the waters edge by another great restaurant- Orsan. We hired a car, and the parking up on the road means there are 57 steps down to the beachfront where you access the property, so just prepare for that, but it's no bother to deal with if you're aware. Great thing to do is to sit up on the roof terrace at night and look at the stars. Lovely place!
