Nestled against remnant native bush, this location is nevertheless an easy 15 minute walk from the university and central Dunedin. 20 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Plenty of free on-street parking and the bus route passes the front door. This area is well serviced by food outlets and there is a nearby supermarket and laundromat. Tūī retreat - a nature lover’s paradise!

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.
