Relax in the luscious garden or grill on the patio.Peaceful neighborhood, 10 mins to beach, 15 to pier and Old Orchard street.

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped oceanfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.

Perfect for one or two people comfortable sharing an intimate space after returning from a day exploring our local trails, beaches, and restaurants.

1 night special Oct 21 ✨ Condo is directly on beach ✨ Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. #4 Vintage Cottage walk to the beach and Pier!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.

Woods Lane Golf and Beach Vacation

Directly across from Dunegrass Golf Course clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. Just built with gorgeous finishes. Open layout for kitchen, living, dining, mini bar. Just 7 minute drive to OOB pier and the beaches. 2 car garage. and driveway that fits 4 cars. Get away from the crazy and loud beach homes and relax in the golf course community. Patio with seating for 8 with gas grill.
