Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. It has an intentional, peaceful charm. It felt very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the comfy chairs. It is very walkable. The Village Grocery and Refillery is so close with delicious organic breakfast choices. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing such a great choice to stay in Kingston.

This place was beautiful. I drove here from NYC and it was easy to find and to get to the center of town. The place was immaculate and matched the photos. Highly recommend. The instructions were clear and Tito was very responsive.

Dan’s place was so awesome to be in. It felt like we were it such a cozy home. He wrote great instructions for us to find the place and get in. He really did a great job making sure he was available for any questions that we had. The space was very clean and filled with all the necessities we needed! So even if we ran out of something he had extra. He has a Murphy bed that was so cool to see and the space was set up to utilize the small size. Everything in there was intentional. The spot was close to Main St where all the cool shops were at. We took the bus to get to the spot and cabs to get around throughout our weekend. I would definitely come back to beacon and we appreciate that we were able to stay there!

What a lovely find! Gregory was a wonderful host. The place was spotless and cozy, and the farm fresh eggs were such a wonderful nice touch. We relocated away from the area, and this was right in the middle of everyone we wanted to visit this trip. Will definitely be starting here on our future visits!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was such a cool and unique old home in a convenient location. Everything was as described. Beds were comfy. Decor added to the ambiance of the time period. Coffee and banana bread were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

I had a terrific stay at Jude's beautiful studio over Thanksgiving. Jude was always quick to respond to any questions I had and the studio was immaculate and exactly as described on the website. For those arriving at night: please be advised that the driveway can be a little bit difficult to find in the dark. Jude provides very careful and helpful instructions on how to locate the house, though.

Our stay at Anjelica and John's place exceeded all expectations! The location was absolutely ideal for visiting our son at Marist College - just minutes away from campus while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days of activities. The unit itself was charming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the record player and impressive vinyl collection—what a delightful way to unwind in the evenings! Anjelica and John were exceptional hosts, providing wonderful local recommendations that helped us discover hidden gems in the Hudson Valley we would have otherwise missed. Their restaurant suggestions were spot-on! We've found our perfect home-away-from-home in Poughkeepsie and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so special!

What a nice change from the standard 2 person Airbnb. It was spacious, comfortable and so nice to have division between the living spaces. It was surprisingly bigger and better than the pictures. We would definitely stay again if in the streets. We really loved the stay.

We had a great time in Saugerties. The apartment is perfect. There is everything you would need: coffee, tea, body wash, shampoo and conditioner so you don’t need to bring much! The house is super clean. Well decorated. Location is just perfect with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Brian is super efficient and friendly in his communication. We will come back for sure!

Rose is definitely one of the best AirBnB hosts. We had an unexpected work challenge at home the day before leaving for her place in Hopewell Jct., NY. She was incredibly patient, solution minded, and totally available while we got everything situated hours before leaving TN. We sure needed a vacation. Great location, easy to get to. The swimming pool was lovely, a real treat. So private and very clean. Rose made it easy for us to have a fantastic visit in NY. It's no wonder she's a Super Host. We recommend staying here.

I stayed at Laura’s place while attending a retreat at Palpung Monastery in Wappinger’s Falls. Despite the central location I found the space to feel perfectly secluded, private & relaxing. It was a great place to unwind at the end of each day. Due to the all-day retreat schedule I was not able to explore much of the town, however, I now know where to stay on my next trip and to plan an extra day or two for wandering, haha.

Our host left us menus, a squeaky clean accommodation and everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Contacted her several times before we arrived and after. She was always responsive and even gave me the exact location to get to a bike trail we planned on using. Can’t say enough good things about our stay and the great restaurants with reasonable prices within walking distance. Ed and Pat

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Sarah and her husband John were friendly and responsive. Sarah communicated instructions clearly, and had reminders readily available. The property is lovely and private. The amenities were cozy. We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great short stay at Louis's place. It was just as described--very clean and comfortable. Louis was an excellent communicator and very responsive. I would definitely come back next time we are in the area! Highly recommend.

the balcony and backyard are so lovely. place is comfy. bar next door and trains are loud but it's not a huge deal-- upside is there is cute stuff to do walking distance! so grateful for the dog friendly option.
