Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Featuring a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, study area and walk-in robe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

Central three bedroom garden retreat

Light, spacious and tranquil, our house is less than ten minutes to Sydney CBD, and a few minutes walk to the Annandale café and restaurant hub. and Wayward brewery! We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.
