It is light and bright and has been lovingly refurbished and is equipped to offer everything a couple or family of 4 will need for a comfortable stay, including a cosy lounge with sofabed, Smart TV & DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, a king sized bed and a newly fitted spacious bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a dedicated parking space.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
