The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Our home is a detached 1930s house in a tranquil setting, adjacent to The Byes Riverside Park. It's a delightful, easy walk (15 mins) through the park to the town centre. The twin-bedded room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. It's in a separate part of the house and self contained, with your own entrance. A simple help-yourself breakfast is provided. Free parking. A fridge is provided & fresh milk, tea, coffee & biscuits.
