I realy enjoyed my first air b and b stay with Cindy at stag cottage. the hamper of provisions was usefull, and meeting her kittens was a lovely extra treat. the whole holiday allowed me to unwind fully and have quality time with my son, we made the most of the heathland, woods and beaches and I reconnected with an inner peace I have not felt in many years. Thank you so much.

Second time staying here, it was splendid, the view is great, the property is clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. We would definitely recommend this for a break

The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

The Stables Cottage is set in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. During our stay, we visited the New Forest, Salisbury (using the conveniently located Park and Ride), Bournemouth, and the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard—all easily accessible by road.

Very lovely hosts and the place in general is lovely for little families. The property has a very safe enclosed garden which is perfect if you've got little ones. The property is on the grounds of their own property which is something to be mindful of if you're expecting complete privacy. My only negative is that the basic necessities like tea/coffee/sugar are not provided to give you that little head start if you've travelled a long journey. That being said, the place is a beautiful little getaway x

A perfect find for a relaxing weekend with friends. This place was spotless, peaceful, spacious, filled with everything you could possibly need, and in a perfect location. We really appreciated the instructions written throughout the house, it meant there was no room for confusion and we didn't have a reason to message the host all weekend as they'd covered everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

Sue and Robert’s cottage was stunning. We had a lovely weekend with our young children. They were both super quick to reply, gave us lots of recommendations and explained how to use the hot tub (which was amazing with lovely views. The kids LOVED it) The welcome bits (bread, coffee, milk, juice ect) was a lovely touch. The place is immaculate and had lots of games and dvd’s. The area is beautiful and so peaceful. The kids said they wanted to stay there FOREVER which says it all. Thankyou Sue and Robert x

We had a lovely couple of nights at The Bothy! What a beautiful cottage and part of the New Forest! I have stayed in a few different parts and this was my favourite. I think I saw more donkeys than ever before which was a real treat as they are one of my favourite animals. Lots of other wildlife around too and some lovely pubs that did great food (and cocktails!) were in walking distance too, which was great. Chrissy goes that extra mile with some really nice touches inside the cottage, including a really beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. The bed was very comfortable and you’re spoilt for choice with the hot tub and a beautiful roll top bath within. She is close by and very responsive with any queries too. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely place to stay, brilliant location and exactly as described. Charlotte was great at communicating before our stay and we found the place very easily!

The exact location isn't too clear when you book - but this place is actually like a small countryside heaven. It feels very peaceful and isolated, although you're within a few minutes drive from amenities (a few supermarkets) and the town centre. Sally was very helpful as soon as arrived, and super responsive all along. The cottage itself was small but perfectly fine for a family with 2 kids (the bedroom, upstairs, is really large though). All the essential was there, and in good working order. And it was great chilling on the lawn by the river, watching the sheep on the other side and the blossoming apple trees in Sally's garden, once the kids were in bed. I wish our stay had been longer to enjoy it further!

Truely stunning stay. Such a beautiful home and location. Would recommend for a family stay as little ones loved the toys, charm and ample space.

Julie's place was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Portland. The place was spotless, smelt nice and had all the amenities and items you might need for your stay. Locally, the walks are absolutely breathtaking! Some of the best views I have seen anywhere! There are a few food shops and takeaways locally, all fairly priced and good food. We will definitely return!

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

Had a lovely few days at spaniel cottage, Heidi was extremely helpful with any enquiries. The gift box full of goodies was such a lovely gesture and was enjoyed 😁 The cottage was beautifully furnished with all the home comforts and not far from anywhere. Ham hill was a lovely walk with the dog and hopefully return one day in the future.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cottage. The location is just perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The cottage is easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean as well as well equipped and beautifully decorated. You are surrounded by fields, a stream to listen to and little rabbits hopping in the field next door! Lots of fields and paths to take your dog for a walk. Enclosed garden and property so dog and child safe. Lovely to arrive to a welcome pack for the dog as well as us- chocolate, biscuits and eggs from their chickens! Lots to do and nice places to eat nearby- there is a folder with all info needed in the cottage. Perfect getaway for a family with a dog! We were lucky enough to meet the host’s dog Rocky! Thanks for having us x

Lovely, clean, well equipped, cosy cottage in a beautiful area. Jo was really quick to respond to any questions and left a very delicious cake to welcome us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

Just got back from a lovely stay at woodbine villa.. We choose to stay here as it isn't far from the Shepton mallet Vintage Antiques flea market.. Such a lovely cosy cottage and very homely we loved our stay and would definitely would return.. Just felt so homely.. Very good place to stay and local to surrounding villages ..

Super cute cottage, really lovely and peaceful. Gorgeous area to stay for a weekend. I wish it had a microwave, and maybe a slightly bigger sink but other than that, it was perfect. Stairs are a bit scary in the dark, I will say!

The cottage was absolutely immaculate. It was Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It was a beautiful location and so peaceful. Andrea wash a delightful host. The gusts were hilarious entertainment. We worked defiantly book again.

We really enjoyed our time in Sway and would recommend this as a great apartment and location to stay in. Communication before, during and after our stay was great, with the hosts answering any questions that we had. The accommodation was spotless throughout and was really well furnished. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the area.

An ideal location for an extended stay and enjoyable holidays. The Foxhill reception and attentive service is excellent Nothing is too much trouble and Dairy cottage is equipped with everything you need.

Wendy was a very friendly host and the annexe was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed - and we’ve used AirBnB all over the world. Private, well equipped, spotless and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
