Kroger is about a quarter of a mile away, along with all kind of eateries and hot spots in Germantown, AND you can see part of the downtown skyline (famous AT&T Batman building included) from the south window! Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
