Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Wolf House

Wolf House is a Victorian terraced house located within the heart of Bury st Edmund’s medieval grid, so very central. A short 5 minute walk to the town centre, the historic Abbey gardens and Angel hill, Theatre Royal (the last surviving regency playhouse in Britain), Greene King brewery plus a large selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Bury has a very good twice weekly market with regular makers and farmers markets every month. Some free parking can be found but not guaranteed.

Family holiday house near the beach

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. Beachwood is a charming two bedroom coastal cottage offering views of the beach and sea. Inside you will find a spacious open plan layout featuring a comfortable lounge, a well equipped kitchen and conservatory, dining area. Double doors to the rear, seating leads to the communal garden with steps leading down to the beach. Both Bedrooms are en-suite. The front bedroom boasts stunning views with its own balcony. Beachwood benefits from a private garden and driveway with parking for one car
