The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Beautiful views of the South Downs are visible from The Lodge. It's the perfect place from which to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
