The condo sleeps 5 people with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and dish washer, also includes dishes. It has a washer and dryer available. There is a baby gate available for the top of the stairs. There are some games, puzzles, and movies available if you’re feeling like hanging out at the condo.

It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming
