The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . The patio area includes an eating area, and hot tub (open all year!), all very private.

This loft-style apartment was completely renovated in 2021. The character of this 100+ year-old building remains, yet every detail has been redone and reworked to create a beautifully modern unit in the center of downtown Mason.

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
